“Calendario Inka” playing cards are based on the historic 16th century chronicle by Felipe Guamán Poma de Ayala, in which the ancient Andean history, the rise of the Inca empire, the Spanish conquest in the 1530s and early colonial society and government are documented.

Cards numbers 1 - 12 correspond to the twelve months of the year, whilst the four Kings (number 13) depict Manco Capac, the first Inka. The cards have square corners, 52 cards + 2 Jokers in box.

Today, the World of Playing Cards is a global collaborative project, with my son Adam serving as the technical driving force behind its development.
