I'm just wondering weather you'd be able to help me? I noticed on your article about the 1960s Scottish souvenir playing cards, and I noticed your box is red and that they preceded the others but when I read that piece the box was different? The thing is I also have a full set with jokers and box but it's from the Scottish tourist board british travel and holidays association? And my box is green, now I've searched and searched and can not find any information about them at all, that's where I'm really hoping that you can shed some light on it for me? Or if you would like to buy I'm always open to that too.

Many thanks Peter

Your pack is identical to the one described on this site with the title of "Souvenir Views of Scotland Playing Cards" (for want of anything better and to distinguish it from other Scottish souvenir packs with a similar name). There were two different back colours issued - green and blue - and two different colours of box - green and blue. Please see: souvenir-views-of-scotland
