Hello, my wife is Vietnamese. She and her family fled the war and settled in France. My father-in-law is now in a nursing home because he can no longer live alone. Anyway, while clearing out his house, we found this deck of cards. He's always been an avid gamer, and we discovered an incredible number of card games while sorting through the house. But this one stands out— it looks old, and above all, it's still sealed and well-preserved. From my research, it appears to be a To Tom deck with thin cards. Does anyone have more information about such a game?

Thanks in advance.

Zack
