Holidays – les côtes françaises
Holiday destinations around the French coast as depicted by Pauline Launay.
Thumbing through this pack might give you some fresh ideas for places to visit around the French coast. Indeed, these are essentially modern travel posters, executed in soft, pastel colours by the illustrator Pauline Launay. The areas covered include Normandy, Brittany, the Vendée, Charente-Maritime, the Landes, the Basque Country and Provence. Each town or village is named. Means of transport are featured on the aces – a bicycle, a scooter, a 2CV, and a VW camper van. The indices have a hand-drawn look. Seagulls adorn the reverse. See the box
