Sa Majesté, le roi des jeux de cartes
A colourful pack aimed at children, with illustrations by Muriel Kerba.
These colourful, cheerful-looking cards were designed by the illustrator Muriel Kerba and aimed at children aged 4 and upwards. They are larger than normal, with double-ended courts with a slightly different design at each end. A different colour scheme has been employed for each suit. The Aces are marked “As” rather than “A” or “1”. Accompanying the pack is a booklet in French with instructions for 9 card games, 2 games of Patience, and 1 magic trick. The outer cardboard box carries the date 2009 so this edition may have been created to boost sales by making the packaging look more attractive. Furthermore, the publisher’s address has changed from Charenton to Lyon. See the box►
