“Country Craftsmen” Happy Families illustrated by Mandy Hall, published for the National Trust by Dinosaur Publications Ltd, 1978. The 48 cards in the pack are grouped into 12 sets of four cards. Each set shows four members of a family, such as the Barley family or the Reed family, engaged in rural crafts such as farming and thatching. The object of the game is to collect as many complete families as possible.

Today, the World of Playing Cards is a global collaborative project, with my son Adam serving as the technical driving force behind its development.
