Standard Catalan pattern produced by the little-known manufacturer J. Muñoz, Getafe (Madrid), c.1870s. All the courts are clean shaven with no beards or moustaches. The ace of coins features the Spanish national flag with the usual symbols of maritime trade and commerce on the plinth.
