TikTok Tarot
TikTok Tarot is a unique tarot deck that puts a modern spin on the Rider-Waite format; with TikTok-inspired artwork that appeals to younger audiences.
TikTok Tarot, created by Carmen Graf, is a unique tarot deck inspired by the Chinese video-sharing social network. In 2020, TikTok was downloaded more than any other mobile app in the world, surpassing Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
The pack features only the Major Arcana cards, which include a small reference thumbnail of the corresponding Rider-Waite card, plus hashtags of short interpretations, such as spiritual love, #efforts are rewarded, #pleasure and #eternal life.
The standout features of this deck is its unique design, which aims to mimic the user interface (UI) of the TikTok mobile app. Each card is designed to look like a screenshot, with photography of people representing interpretations of the Rider-Waite deck. This clever use of TikTok-inspired imagery helps to make the deck more modern and relevant to today's younger generation and appeal to the modern mystic lifestyle.
The cards are printed on thick 350 gram paper and come in an envelope box. They are available to purchase at the Ibiza Tarot Boutique shop.
