Swiss Souvenir
55 different scenic photographic views of Switzerland.
As souvenir packs go, this is one of the more attractive ones. There are plenty of stunning scenic views in Switzerland. Here they are shown to best advantage on cards with no borders. Each view has a caption in German and English or French and English, depending on which part of Switzerland is being represented. Four different regional costumes are shown on the three Jokers. The manufacturer’s name also appears on each of the Jokers. On the back are the arms of the cantons and the Swiss arms. Both red and blue backs were produced.
Above: Swiss Souvenir playing cards made by AGMüller, Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland, c1979 (or earlier). 52 cards + 3 Jokers in box. Size: 57 x 89 mm. Both red and blue backs were produced.
