Narren-Karte or Fool's Deck, by Christian Heinrich Reuter. The Bavarian tax stamp on the Deuce of Hearts reads: Mittelfranken 8 Kr. Christian Heinrich Reuter, of Nürnberg (flourished between c.1820 - c.1865 or later) is known from various standard and non-standard packs. He appears to have been succeeded by L. Reuter in the 1890s.
